A Lady with A Burning Passion

I am a 16-year old fitness enthuisiast and hopeful athlete. My Instagram is fast growing as I post every day to show my progress to others. I have been training for around 2 years now since I was 14 years old. I have to say that my body is not the only thing which has transformed, my mental state and confidence has also grown during my progress. I am committed to fitness as this is my life. I train 6 days a week and even 7 sometimes! My diet is good as I am a flexible dieter which means I keep track of my carbs, fats and proteins daily. This keeps my brain active as well as my body. I am excited to see the difference my body can make in 2 years and in the future. Lifting weights has transformed my life mentally and physically.

My biggest motivator has to be my boyfriend whom I train with also. He has potential to become an athlete as he is in amazing shape! We motivate each other and push each other to our hardest limits!

My inspiration is Nikki Blackketer whom I follow on Instagram. I love watching her videos on YouTube. I met her at the Bodypower Expo earlier this year which motivated me even more!

During my workouts, I listen to Rob Bailey and the Hustle Standard as I truly believe his songs are very motivating, particularly his song, “I’m hungry”.


I watch Arnold Schwarzenegger’s old school bodybuilding videos on YouTube with my boyfriend as I am also interested in old school bodybuilding than today’s bodybuilding.

When I first started working out, I only did cardio everyday, which I didn’t really see a change of shape in my body. So I continued to watch videos and look at inspirational fitness women like Nikki Blackketer, Paige Hathaway and Michelle Lewin. This pushed me to try lifting weights, and once I started, I didn’t want to stop! Once I first felt an arm pump, I couldn’t stop training and loved the thrill. My progress keeps me motivated and going as I love to see each muscle within my body changing.

This is just the beginning for me as I have started at such a young age and want to motivate others in the future! I want to continue building my Instagram following and hopefully gain some sponsorships! My boyfriend and I are hopefully creating our own gym fashion brand soon, as we are very motivated and inspired as a couple and as a whole. In the next few years, I would love to compete in a bikini competition, but first I want to gain more muscle and then have enough time to lose my bodyfat.
